Is the practice currently accepting new patients?
Yes! We are accepting new patients in order to better serve those who need medical care and do not currently have a primary care physician. We have three locations for your convenience: Seguin, La Vernia, and Nixon.

Are there ways to minimize my wait time?
Yes!

If you are a new patient, you can print out our “New Patient Packet” from the “Documents” tab on our website. Fill this out before you come in, and this will greatly reduce your wait time.

If your insurance has changed at all, have your new information ready when you come in so it can be processed.

Please show up on time for your appointment, that way the whole day can run a little more smoothly for you and the rest of our patients.
